A Dedicated Palliative Care Unit
The Palliative Care Unit is now accepting patients and was officially opened in January this year. The ground floor area at the eastern end of the Orange Base Hospital has two dedicated palliative care beds, with the capacity to extend to four beds if needed.

Orange Push for Palliative members have just become official Palliative Care volunteers at Orange Base Hospital.
Palliative Care Secured for Orange
A permanent palliative care unit commenced operation on 11 January this year. This Unit opened after a trial palliative care service at Uniting Parkwood.
